As an Assistant United StatesAttorney, Andrew Stolper worked at the United States Department of Justiceoffice located in Santa Ana, California from 2002 to 2013 before founding CruxCapital.

Stolper has served as aprosecutor in an assortment of federal trials and appeals. In 1996, he entered the Gould School of Lawat the University of Southern California. There, Andrew Stolper establishedhimself as an exceptional member of his graduating class. By involvement in thePhi Kappa Phi honor society as well as the Southern California Law Review,Andrew Stolper showcased his tremendous commitment to scholastic achievement.His efforts were rewarded with induction into the prestigious Order of theCoif.
In the summer of 1998, AndrewStolper served as a summer associate at the New York City law firm Skadden,Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. In 1999, Stolper received aJ.D. from the Gould School of Law and earned bar certification later that year.Beginning his professional career, Andrew Stolper accepted a litigationassociate position with Irell & Manella in Century City, California, wherehe gained experience with a wide range of litigation cases. Following just overtwo successful years in this role, Andrew Stolper was chosen as the AssistantU.S. Attorney - then the youngest Assistant in the nation’s largest U.S.Attorney’s Office.
Andrew Stolper has been a leadprosecutor for several prominent cases that drew national media attention, includingcases involving the chief executive officer and chief financial officer ofEndocare; a fraudulent Newport Beach lawyer; and the ex-mayor of HuntingtonBeach.
Andrew Stolper was an integralpart of the United States Department of Justice’s Enron Taskforce, assisting inthe convictions of former Enron executives Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling.
Over the course of his professionalcareer, Andrew Stolper has passed along a wealth of knowledge to fellowcolleagues. As a teacher with non-profit organization Practicing Law Institute,Andrew Stolper has instructed numerous defense attorneys on strategies relatedto white-collar crime and corporate fraud. Andrew Stolper was handpicked by theU.S. Department of Justice to visit Central America as a lecturer on variouslaw enforcement tactics. He performed the same duties at the Security ExchangeCommission’s yearly conference. Andrew Stolper was also invited to share hisunique insights at a mortgage fraud enforcement convention hosted by the FBI.
Formerly of SanDiego, Andrew Stolper now resides in the oldest shoreline community of OrangeCounty - Newport Beach, California.
