Chris Anderson comes from Cary, NC, just outside of Raleigh. He attended the University Of Arizona in Tucson and later studied at the University Of North Carolina School Of Music. Chris has performed his guitar artistry at Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee and throughout the Eastern United States including Hilton Head Island, SC. Chattanooga,TN. Kings Dominion, VA. Tucson, AZ. Boston, MA. Philadelphia, PA. The Worlds' Fair in Knoxville, TN. Greenville and Spartanburg, SC. Savannah, GA. Charleston, SC. and Wilmington, Greensboro,Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, NC.

Chris Anderson and Gail Leonard began performing their unique blend of festive instrumentals on acoustic guitar and upright bass in the Raleigh area in 2002. Their "Welcoming Instrumentals" enhance banquets, special events, grand openings, up-scale dining, art galleries, and private functions.

Recent performances include The NC State Capitol July 4th Celebration (2014, 2013, 2012, 2011),The NC Real Estate Commission, The NC Museum Of History, Chapel Hill Historical Society Banquet, the Cary Library 50th Year Anniversary, Cary Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquets (past 6 years with guest speakers including NC Governor’s Beverly Perdue and Pat McCrory), Lafayette Village, Cary Performing Arts Center, The N.C.Transportation Hall Of Fame Awards Ceremony at Prestonwood Country Club, The Cary Sunset Festival at Regency Park, Briar Creek Country Club, The Bavarian Brathaus, The Apex Peak Festival, The Downtown Cary Winter Festival, Prestonwood and MacGregor Downs Country Clubs,Town of Cary Banquets at the Herb Young Community Center, Apex Performing Arts Center, Chatham Hill Winery, Cloer Vineyard, Raleigh Artspace, The North Carolina Railroad Museum (our 6th year), and The North Carolina Tobacco Trail Annual Ceremony. Their performance volume allows guests to converse easily during the event. Dressing appropriately for each occasion is always a priority. Instrumental selections are based upon venue.
