Mc Amalgam started to rap 13 years ago, and he’s been writing for even longer.
At 28, he accumulates a stage experience with his various bands counting over 600 concerts altogether. After more than a decade playing in various formations (hip-hop, ska, drum and bass…), he is now performing solo or with his band Will Tun & The Wasters (ska-folk-rap-gypsy). Skilled writer (in French), his lyrics speak mostly about self-introspection, activism, philosophy and sociology. Alternating an incisive and sharp hip-hop flow with a more transcendental ragga one. Slow bpm, techno, hardcore, trip-hop, Mc Amalgam can rap pretty much over anything, Skill acquired after years of stage experiences as a free party MC, a live band singer, a hip-hop activist........ His various influences and my many stage experiences helped him become a complete artist..
