I love to run, I play rugby, go hiking and exploring.
I similarly have an enormously ardent interest in playing the percussion. I left my occupation in June 2008 making sure that I would be able to pursue a vocation as a full time personal trainer. I have a wife with 4 children and some geese and I dwell in Cardiff.
