Achieved Divinity started in 2005.
I took the name from an old bad ass death metal song about Planet Earth wanting war and death so it could eat the dead bodies of people to stay alive.

I think that's why my music has never really been about pleasing other people. My goal with this project has always been to create music that I would want to listen to. And what I like to listen to is guitars, synthesizers and great drumming, real or machine sequenced. Over the years, I've developed my style to fit what I think is the type of music I like to listen to. That is, it's gotta feel like a world is being presented to me when I hear the song.

Sometimes, I feel this name is cursed. I've had so many difficulties getting the credit for the work that I've done. I've had many people cast me out and destroy my works without a single care. So many other things I've made are lost to time or in someone's stash of stuff or sitting in a label's warehouse unable to be released. But, it's those kind of things happening that keep this project alive.

I decided to revive Achieved Divinity in 2017 because the Earth is always in need of more sustenance. We need more of that casual flesh! So, I will do my best to deliver the best ambient, synth, and metal-based music I can. We'll get there.

Also I use like 10 names for all my projects, but to keep it simple, keep calling me that Pokémon known as Dark Mewtwo1.
