I'm a conservative Republican running for state representative in Texas's House District 47 in western/southwestern Travis County. Of the 12 House seats that Republicans lost in 2018, HD-47 is one of the most "win-backable" and I intend to lead the way. I'm for promoting policies that keep Texas's economy vibrant, make our neighborhoods safer, protect the sanctity of life from conception to natural death, reduce traffic and increase road safety, and rein in big-city governments that are dragging Texas down the California path. I'm a Marine officer and Afghanistan War veteran. I have a Marine's fighting spirit and a servant-leader's heart. I'm a Christian above all else. I love my wife, my kids, and my pets--including the two barn cats my kids snuck in the house a few weeks ago.
