Beginning her career in 1993, JK has worked in most genres of entertainment acquiring a long list of credits in Film, Award Shows, Theatre, TV, Photography, CD covers, Commercials, Music Videos, Editorials, Internet/Websites projects, Industrials, Infomercials, Print for advertising, Billboards, Runway/Fashion shows, Bridal/Weddings and Special Events.

Ms Hunter was the Key Makeup, Hair & Barber for the 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008, 2007 & 2006 Stellar Gospel Music Awards and the 2007 Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Awards.

Additionally, JK is also a custom wig maker; facilitates makeovers, makeup classes, weddings, personal makeover, artist development and consultations. She has made numerous television guest appearances were she gives makeup advice, tips and trends, does on-air makeovers and answers viewer questions.
