Paris Fashion Week is all about high fashion, bold statements, and unforgettable moments. But for Chappell Roan, one runway look made an impression for a totally different reason.
On Sunday, March 9, the 27-year-old pop sensation took to Instagram with a carousel of photos from her time at the event, which kicked off on Wednesday, March 5.

While Roan, whose real name is Kayleigh Amstutz, shared plenty of standout shots, it was the fifth slide that had the internet talking.
In the photo, the “Pink Pony Club” singer is seen in the red leather gown she wore to the Ludovic de Saint Sernin show — only this time, the back had completely split open, exposing her sheer black underwear and bare skin.
Fans wasted no time reacting in the comments section.
“Leather couldn’t handle the cake!” one person wrote.
“Not the 
picture this early in the morningggg,” another quipped.
“best dressed 10000/10000 no notes im gagged im obsessed yeah,” chimed in a third.
“The cake was too powerful omg,” someone else said.
This isn’t the first time Roan has faced a wardrobe crisis. In November 2024, she nearly had a major mishap moments before performing on Saturday Night Live.
“It ripped all the way down the back right before I walked on stage,” the Grammy-winning musician revealed in an interview one month later, explaining that the in-house seamstress had to sew her back into the dress.
