ZiBiR is the work of the slightly unhinged English audio mangler Mat Howlett. Mat is also the creator of the delightfully unfathomable Happy Welly
ZiBiR brings together several of Mat's influences. Quirky drums patterns, 80's synth pop and countless bleepy video game soundtracks are mixed up and come out as ZiBiR tracks.
Life Begins is the first full length album from ZiBiR and is available now from iTunes, Amazon, etc... 3 tracks from the Life Begines album are on the MySpace player at the top of the page.
The first release was the Electrodes EP, featuring 3 tracks from the forthcoming album and 3 remixes of the title track. You can listen to tracks from Electrodes, buy the EP or just find out a bit more by following the links below.
Then a remix i did for the upp-and-comming swedish band Monde Youx. I talked to their recordlabel "Kungen och Hertigen" and got the remix. so here's the track!
