I come from a small town in england called stourport on severn, were i spent 25 years of my life before moving to Minnesota in 2001.
i starting djing in 1993 at the tender age of 16??Playing hardcore jungle techno, back in the days when Easygroove, Grooverider,Carl Cox, Mickey Finn, DJ SY and DJ SS ruled the dance floors.When rave's were held in old warehouses and free parties were going out of control(for those of you that remember Castle Morten 4 day party??)
I had just been in 2 rock bands and electronic music was calling me and i just couldn't resist.I heard everyboby in the place by the prodigy, and i was hooked!!!
Through out the 90's i switched back and forth with which style of music i was going to dj, from house,hardcore and a little drum and bass, but it 1996 i turned to drum and bass and i've never looked back since.
I was promoter for my own clubs nite's and played at various venues in and around the midlands.I would take local Dj's and we would put together hardcore jungle techno and techno trance party's.The organisation was called "Revolution" and we had some great nights throughout the late 90's and early into 2000.As i roll through the early part of 2007 my Junglist No 1 record label is begining to take shape and i plan to finish my 2nd album and maybe do a few remixes along the way.One of my main goals is to get my album "empty" a lot of air time and i plan to link up with the Koncrete Jungle family and shake some foundations!!!
