In order to be succesful we need people on staff that are passionate, dedicated and have the time to work with us. For now this is a non payng resposibility. We can't afford to pay anyone and even if we did we wouldn't. We want people who area passionate about supporting females rights as we are and have the desire to do this. Not for the money.

Messageboard Moderator:
Unlike other rmessageboards your job will not only be to edit members post and watch out for spam, but to also fill in your section and keep it active. Example: if you are Mod of the TV & Movies section, your responsibility would be to start discussions about TV shows and Movies. If you are mood of wrestling, then your responsibility would be to post all the news you find on wrestling.
Internet Promoter:
We have many accounts on social networking sites like myspace, mijente, tagged, myyearbook etc. and we need someone to take over an account, add friends, chat with people, tell them about our website and messageboard etc.
Video Uploader:
We also have accounts on video sharing websites like youtube, dailymotion, zippyvideos etc. All we need is someone to upload the videos we send. That's right, we even give you the videos! Very easy.
Photographer (Girls Only):
If there is one thing we need to improve in this website it's to get our own photos and videos. So if you are a female, have a camera of your own and are able to get girls to kiss for you on camera then this is the job for you. Please be advice that the photo(s) you take can NOT be seen anywhere else. They must be sent to us and only for us. After we place our logo on them you can then save it and upload the edited ones. We do not want people to accuse us of stealing photos

This website is about supporting the act of girls kissing
We have heard many stories of girls getting in trouble for kissing. Getting kicked off of school buses, city buses,receiving detention or complaints for kissing in public places. We are here to defend those girls. We want those girls to know that there are people out there that support them and their rights.
It doesn't matter to us if you are in a lesbian relationship or a straight female that enjoys kissing other females. Whether you are lesbian, bisexual or straight you have the same right to kiss another female as a man does.
You're probably asking yourself "why a girls kissing site?" It's simple, As U.S. Citizens we have many rights. Rights that aren't enforced, because peoples opinions appearently overshadow them. Until now, To many lesbians and bisexuals kissing their girlfriends is important, it's a show of affection and love. So, while to many straight people this seems ridiculous and not important. It is to the lesbian community. We hope that this website can help bring support and a "place to go to" for when girls need help. Soon their rights will over shadow others opinions and we hope to be the ones responsible.
If you have a story to tell or have been discriminated upon because you kissed a girl. Please tell us the story and we will not only write an article about it, but will also do some legal research and see if you have any grounds for a lawsuit. Please note we will only write articles on recent stories, not stories from 5 years ago.
