Sounds Like	William are rousing jerk-rockers that should fill indie-disco floors very soon. - Drowned in Sound William are amazing! - John Kennedy - XFM Lurching between wall-of-sound frenzy and sweetly picked melody. -Artrocker William deal in delicacy and dynamics, frontman Gavin Housley crossing the borders between the obsessional and the confessional with his surrealist lyrics and warped troubadour delivery. - Rough Trade By the end of the set, everybody in the room seemed completely fulfilled by an exceptionally dynamic and original band. - The Blue Light District William have released two unassuming, unpretentious songs of great potential. Neither feel the need to beg out raucous hyperbole or ridiculous over-exaggeration, but simply deliver deftly executed guitar cacophony amongst well-played, catchy rhythm and bass. - God Is In The TV Zine As part of two separate London based art collectives: 'utrophia' and The Blue Light District, they combine a strong worth ethic with a Sonic Youth DIY approach to their sound. - Glass Wreck A new band from South London that have a similar sound to Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, with jerky guitars and almost David Byrne vocals. The thing I gave you isn't really an album, it's essentially a demo version of a mini-album we were thinking of releasing but in the end didn't. We're going to add some bits to the songs, do a bit of re-mixing and they should all appear on a future release. I look forward to hearing your album when I can get to a CD player! Dan
