Round Two - Semi-Final Round Important Dates:
Panel Judging: August 30th - September 4th, 2007
A panel of judges from Eclipse gum, AmieStreet.com and CMJ will take the top 20 artists/bands from the qualifying round with the most votes, review their submissions and narrow down the pool of bands/artists to a group of 5 to be taken into the finalist round.
Round Three - Final Round Important Dates:
Final Round of Voting: September 5th - September 13th, 2007
Winner Announcement: Around September 14th, 2007
Amie Street members will cast a vote for their favorite top 5 artists leading up to the final announcement for who will TAKE THE STAGE at the highly anticipated CMJ Music Festival.

* The price of a song depends on how much the community likes it (how many times it’s bought on Amie Street).
Are there any restrictions on the music I buy from Amie Street?
* Heck no. We have no DRM on our mp3’s, so once you buy them, they’re yours. Put them on your iPod, your computer, a CD you made for road trips, or anything else you can come up with. Come up with something good? Send us a picture. The best we’ve gotten so far is an MP3 playing on a “digital” refrigerator.
Why do you have such a different pricing system?
* Our pricing model encourages music lovers to discover and buy new music. If a song is free, it hasn’t been discovered by a wider audience. If a song is 98 cents, it’s already a must-hear hit. Recommend the great new songs you find to your friends and earn credit for buying even more great music!
