About We Dunno

We Dunno are a dirty four piece glam punk good times super hero band. Easily mistaken for super villains but it all depends on your point of view.

We Dunno formed in 1999 and have unofficially released three CDs, the black and White album, Fuck the Planet EP & Dirty Pussy. To go with their three albums they have what can only be described as a hilarious and high energy show featuring duelling guitars, glam rock theatrics, slap stick comedy, wrong facials and sometimes a bit of nudity.

You may have seen We Dunno play the Auckland uni quad for eco-fest, the Mr Spunky Punk Rock Man beauty pagents in Palmy, getting arrested at the Temple on Queen St, appearing on XSTV or maybe you've just seen em playing some shitty little dive drunk off their faces. One Real Groove magazine reviewer went so far as to describe them as 'disturbing and obnoxious'. Once again it comes down to your point of view.

We Dunno definately have alot of fun and encourage their audiences to also. But be warned, if you aren't amused by their crazy ranting and antics on stage you will very probably be highly offended. They are to be approached with an open mind.

Rumour has it the new album entitled 'A Last Ditch Effort' is in the making featuring the super badass glam rock super hero song 'In The Heat of the Knight'. Look out for it!
