FREE	Feb 1 2007 10:08 PM hey hey you!! how have you been doing? i'm okay. partied alot lately .. put on some weight, which sucks! but oh well, it happens. i really need to start back at the gym. but, i did start taking these pills that my friend told me about, and i'm impressed! they helped so much with my energy, i feel soo active now, and i don't crave food all the time now, and the best part, heh ... i'm losing weight!! anyway, i don't wanna be selfish or nuttin, so here's the website that i ordered them from. i gotta run, i have more stuff to do today, but keep in touch, okay!! You probably won't have anything ready to put out at the show on Aug. 4, but it's better to wait than to advertise mediocrity. I'll call soon about my schedule for the next month.

It is also a process that, when done correctly, humanizes the workplace, eliminates hard work (both mental and physical), and teaches people how to do rapid experiments using the scientific method and how to learn to see and eliminate waste in process. can't wait till August 4, I'm sure you'll humanize the event and eliminate waste, all the while eliminating the hard work...

I fell in a pond, broke my phone, got hit by a car, broke my foot, resurrected my phone and spent an entire day in a hospital in downtown Toronto... If that's not bad enough, you let me leave Guelph without a Kaizen CD! :(... I miss you guys already... Mike, call me, my foot is broken, I'll be in a cast for the next 6 weeks!!!...
