About me: Hmmm... I'm a well-rounded person (a tad more well-rounded than I'd like). I've managed to make it to 60 units beyond my B.A. degree. I'm a single Dad of two adult daughters. One is married and has a daughter of her own. I'm definately into 'Grandpa mode' at the moment!
My parents are both 78 years old and have been married for 59 years (as of June 2006). As their health is on the decline, I'm spending more and more time with them cooking meals and taking care of stuff.
I'm into Art and Photography, both traditional and digital in both areas. Feel free to check out My online gallery. :)
Also, I really like to cook for friends and family. And I enjoy eating good food as much as I enjoy cooking it! (The other reason, apart from my education, that I'm well-rounded.) I collect cookbooks and enjoy trying out different cuisines, following traditional methods whenever possible. [A current project I'm exploring is the construction of a tandoor (a clay oven used to cook food in India) so I can do authentic Indian cooking.]
