The American River Review has been a product of the imaginations of students at American River College for 21 years. Weighing in at 160 pages in a deluxe 9 x 12 format, the 2008 edition features student literature, poetry, art, design, photography, sculpture, fashion, a culinary section + more. The ARR is a joint production between ARC's English and Art New Media departments.
The American River Review has been judged as one of the best college magazines in the nation. Awards include 2007 Best Design [AWP], 2007 Pacemaker Award [ACP], 2006 Best Literary Arts Magazine [CCHA], 2006 Gold Crown [CSPA], among others.
