VocalPoynt is a special blend of four unique voices featuring (2) males, Byron Woods and Dan Porter, and (2) lovely females Mae O. Koen and Dianne Madison. The group's musical influence covers a wide range of styles such as Jazz, Blues, Pop, R&B, Broadway and Gospel.
VocalPoynt's sweet harmonies and distinctive vocal style has been compared to some of the most legendary groups of the past such as: Lambert, Hendricks and Ross, The Fifth Dimensions, Manhatten Transfer, and Take 6.
There are very few groups who have the vocal ability too sing any and all kinds of music; while adding their own unique musical signature to everything they sing!
VocalPoynt (Individually and/or collectively) has appeared with or opened for: Aretha Franklin, Phil Perry, The Temptations, Bill Cosby, Bernie Mac, Gerald Levert, Patti Austin, The Whispers, Alex Bugnon and many, many others.
