Violence On Valentine's rise was in the late '06,
from the dangerous streets of Antipolo City.
A spawning ground for the what would later
develop into the influential sound of metal & hardcore music.
Team Violence consists of 5 friends and schoolmates way
back in their highschool days from La Salle.
Precious Reyes on vocals, John Paulo Benitez on drums,
Peter Resurreccion on bass and finally, Francis Cruz
and Varon Limjap taking the guitar parts.
Tragedy would soon put a halt to Team Violence's rise
from the scene, long time friend and bassist Peter Resurreccion
left the band with his own personal reasons.
The loss of our bassist profoundly affected the band,
and after a prolonged period of reflection, violence on valentine
headed back into the song writing process and hopefully
would be able to continue playing. The band decided that Varon,
for the meantime, cover up the bass slot for Peter. That would make
Violence On Valentine's current line up as a four piece band
struggling with having only one guitarist.
