About me: The College Reach Out Program is funded by the Florida Dept. of Education to provide a pre-collegiate program that serves low income, first generation students. The primary purpose of CROP is to prepare disadvantaged students for a post-secondary education. Services and activities are designed to improve the educational motivation and preparation of students. Activities take place during the academic year and summer. Seniors have the opportunity to live on the UWF campus and earn six college credits through the Summer Bridge Program. Eighth through Eleventh graders have the opportunity to live on campus for one week. ACT/FCAT Test preparation is available for 6th to 12th graders.
