About Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start
Last Show Ever!!!
We are gonna stop being a band on Aug 16th after our last show at the Audubon Auction House. We have been doing this band with various line-ups for about 10 years and after making WBNE I am happy to go out on a good note and persue other fun stuff (fatherhood, golf, taste testing). We will also be playing an acoustic show on Friday Aug 15th somewhere in South Jersey, the venue is still being figured out but it will be free and all ages as well. Tickets are $10 and you can buy them at AuctionHouseEvents.com
We will be playing with just one other band on the 16th called Tie These Hands from Lincoln Nebraska who we are flying out just for this performance. Tie These Hands is one of those bands that we played with on tour who were not only a great band but really good guys who gave us a place to sleep, took us out to eat and we played their EP like 9 million times will driving around america. Come early so you don't miss a second of their set.
We are gonna play some tunes form all eras of the band and it should hopefully be a good time. Jeff Mott sang/wrote a few of the old songs so don't expect us to play anything too wildly old that's not listed below.. The Acoustic show will fill in the wimpy blanks.

I am going to be out on tour on the day of your last show... I think somewhere in the middle of nowhere... But I wish you guys the best of luck on the show, and I wish I could have seen you guys live. Great music. "Boise" rings in my mind almost every time I get into the van on tour... "When we could be home makin' MONEY!".... The touring musicians anthem.
I just bought tickets. I am very happy to finally see you guys play, but very sad that it will be the end. 600 miles will not keep me from seeing this show!
Its a great shame that you guys are splitting up, because you are are far and away one of my very favorite bands. ill never forget the first time i heard i heard gas station hair on a listener sponsord radio show in Tampa Florida. i many ways i believe you later worked picked up where 12 hour turn left off with Perfect Progress for Destruction. Both albums speak to me in the same way.
as luck would have it though, im enrolling at a college in Bethlehem PA so i should be able to make it down to the show if that luck will have it. seeing you for the first and only time might be the greatest convert going experiences of my life.
