The musicians met in college, pursuing a degree at the prestigious Music School of the Federal State University of Rio de Janeiro - UNIRIO, Brazil.The expression, 'up 2', conveys the idea of the duo taking steps toward their goal.
Marcio Horsth & Paulo Blanc are absolutely passionate about music and always thankful to God as they see themselves as privileged people to be able to do it for a living.
In order to share their love of music throughout the world, the group has chosen to release their debut album in English. With the help of American friend and collaborator, Karen Rose, their lyrics have been translated for the world to enjoy.
