D&A; We had "Do-rights" Begin in the end zone, with full pads. Run as fast as you can. Every time the whistle blows, you jump and land flat on your belly. Then you get up as fast as possible and keep sprinting. Couch will do that 4 or 5 times each 100 yards. When you get to the other end zone, that was ONE. How many you had to do depended on what you did wrong.
