Ugur Project ,who was born in 1982, began to his music life by listening to disco, oldschool breakbeat and trip hop songs. Since then he started to work at the Radio 2019’s production and technical team, which had a big effect of the electronic music’s development in Turkey. Then they established the Radio Eksen with the dj’s of Radio 2019 when the Radio 2019 bought by NTV. The style of Radio Eksen was Rock music and it was not enjoyable for Ugur so then he used the opportunities of playin at Radio Cook and Radio Quasar.
Until 2006 Ugur played at so many clubs and festivals with so many well-known dj’s around the world, some of them were Chemical Brothers, Kraftwerk, Dj Misjah, Hardcell, Paul Mac, Plaid and Stanton Warriors, which let the listeners give him a big stage opportunity so he finally in 2006 had a song in Future Sound of Istanbul House Workz, labeled by EMI and Prosound, with his Turn Around song. He is known as a project man and he made a lot of projects until today and he is the founder of Techno Days. Ugur Project , who played with 9 turntables, 3 mixers and 3 dj’s in Techno Days and had a big effect around the listeners, has changed his style to minimal tech house and electro house. Nowadays Ugur Project has been working on his new productions and projects to be released very soon.
