Ok, let’s think that supplies of coal are exhausted and the movement stopped and picturesque hills of mine’s productions remained as the esthetic heritage for a good memory, being the proof that everything on this Earth streams to above.

Having been in the Soviet Army two fellow countrymen maximalists being pen-pals dreamt of a rock band. In 1993, they came back home in the spring, when everything wakes up from winter sleep and acquires a new sense, the band was formed. The name came itself from the TV, when one of the famous actresses mentioned her teacher. It was like a thunder in the clear sky, we understood at once – «This is what we need!».

After home rehersals and some rediculous recording sessions we came out out of the shadow and later we appeared on the rock stages of our town and region. It was the very begining and became a street movement, which reminded of a maskarad, amusing play, where nobody of us had a musical education and has none till nowadays, only versatile musical tastes: “Kalinov most” and “Doors”, “King Crimson”,”Grazhdanskaya Oborona”, “Led Zeppelin” and “Faith No More”.

Futher it can be compared with the world history: ups and downs, dissapointments, tours, concerts, suffering break ups and changes of group members, apathy, longlasting breaks connected with departures, but there was a familiar feeling of musical ecstasy. May be those, who have felt it with every cell of tangible and intangible nature, would never give up.

The stylistics of the group has been changing during the whole creative period. It was connected with a lot of musicians who played in the group and it was reflected in the music of this or that period.

Feeling of rock music of 70-s and add to this a little psychodelic, reggae, punk, hard rock, blues and we have a magical music, elusive from the first time, the music of “The Kingdom of Heaven”. To put it shortly it is a mystery, mixture, eclecticism.

Since that time many years past and the only thing that we would like to say, that a rock group ”The Kingdom of Heaven” is not a blasphemy the more it is no a geer.

Dear friend, you have an honour right to hear the music of highest spheres and not to stay indifferently aside.
