Trusty’s is the Hill’s newly opened neighborhood tavern. Situated at 1420 Penn Ave SE, Trusty’s is the perfect place to enjoy a beer and a grab a bite among neighbors and friends. Friendly and Reliable. Comfortable and Convenient. The tavern’s old filling station decor features a sturdy bar with chrome accents and oil can lighting. License plates, racing stripe accented mirrors, and other service station trinkets align the walls.
The bar features cold drafts served in Mason jars and an assortment of bottles. The kitchen, one guy and a grill, includes a variety of sausages and dogs, a couple of chilies, and the classic Trusty Burger. The grill is open daily. Various flat screen TV’s, plenty of Classic Board Games and an internet jukebox give patrons plenty of entertainment options.
Just steps from the Potomac Avenue Metro and within walking distance to RFK stadium Trusty’s is the perfect place for Nats and DC United fans to enjoy pre and post-game beers and eats.
