About Toy Band

after stumbling upon a used toy electronic guitar and drum set in the trinket section at a local Goodwill, we recognized that an opportunity had presented itself...to relive our childhoods through music. so we bought those toys and a bunch more and created what is now 'Toy Band.' we've had the pleasure of playing everywhere from los angeles to chicago. we even went international when we played Pop Montreal in '04. our other claim to fame is we got to open for the unicorns (r.i.p.) once by cornering them after one of their gigs and forcing them into being our friends. please enjoy the music and remember, we only play toys.

I cannot wait for the winter '06 reunion tour - I'm already saving up my $$! i remember Toy Band back in its infancy, when they were barely known beyond the comforts of South Locust Street. And I stayed loyal once they busted onto the international pop scene. Hell, I've even lived with one member of Toy Band and made-out with the other member (I'll leave it up to you all to figure that one out). Ever since Petey took down the website, I've been looking for a way to get my Toy Band fix via the wold wide web, and I guess I've found it! But Petey, you need to make it so I can add "I am the Science" as my profile song - for real. All right, I'll see ya around Petey. Take care Mandy. byyyeeee!
