(A concert in the near future. They have just finished the show, and are about to do their first encore)
THOM: OK, let's review the setlist for the encore: Big Ideas, Big Boots, Lift, Let Down, True Love Waits, and Punch-up at a Wedding, 10-15 minute live jam (to keep the crazy internet people happy).
JONNY: Wow, that's a good encore!
ED: Wow, I hope nothing goes wrong. Knock on wood.
JONNY: Um...Ed?
ED: What?
JONNY: You're, um...supposed to actually knock on some wood when you say that.
ED: Or what?
JONNY: Terrible things will happen.
ED: Oh, ok. (knocks on the table)
THOM: That's plastic, Ed.
ED: I knew that...(starts to knock on the mirror)
PHIL: Ed...you idiot.
ED: ...sorry...(looks ashamed, then turns to Colin, angry) WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!
COLIN: (smiles)
(Ed punches Colin in the face)
THOM: We'd better get out there!
(They walk on stage. Thom smiles and walks up to the mic)
THOM: Hey, everybody, before we get started with this perfect encore, I just wanted to put somethings to rest. Apparently, we left out the subtitles at the end of the Just video and didn't notice until last night. Too bad, cause it was very very funny what that guy said. Anyway, I'm going to tell all of you what that guy said...here it is...
(he takes a deep breath...and loses his voice)
PHIL: ED, YOU IDIOT!!!
ED: Sorry... (knocks on the floor of the stage)
(Immediately, one of the lights falls on Phil's head, knocking him out)
