My company is a family owned and operated business. My company's number one concern is the safety and comfort of your horse(s) or cattle throughout the entire delivery process. In other words we will treat your horse(s) or cattle as if they were one of our own. However, we do frequently stop to check on your livestock throughout the trip. From the first steps of your unbroken horse to finishing your horse with the training you specify. (Although we specialize in cow horses, such as, Team Roping, Calf Roping, Break Away Roping, barrel Racing etc.), If there is any other training you desire feel free to ask. Our Company has also added a new location for breaking and training and another truck and trailer in Lexington, NC. to better serve you our customer. Did you know, Our company Strive's to do the best job possible in hauling your cattle or horse(s) to where you want them shipped too. We also can provide team driving if the occasion would need be. Our company understands that it's not easy running a farm or any type of business, so we do all this with you the customer in mind. In fact our company is expanding so we also have added a 2006 K&K 20 foot gooseneck stock trailer, with rubber floor mats, for all local sale barn pick-ups and deliveries. Our company also hauls from farm to farm . We will also ship your horse(s) across country. And after January 1st 2007 for a selected time period we will be running a two horse for one horse deal, which means you will be able to ship two horses for the price of one. Who I'd like to meet: Why should I use Ten-Killer Livestock Hauling?
Ten-Killer Livestock not only cares for your horses and animals on the trailer, we provide services more than just drivers of trucks or brokerage of your horse(s) or cattle to be moved. We will never claim we can do it all. What we will do is provide a service that is satisfying with a line of communication to the client at all times during shipments.
What do I need before I ship my horse?
Before Shipment date you will need a health certificate (good for 30 days). A coggins test good for 6 months to a year. Photo copys WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! Failure to produce proper paperwork will result in a direct cancellation. In some states you may also need a brand inspection. Please see a listing of the following states: Arizona-Colorado-Montana-Idaho-Nebraska-New Mexico-Oregon-Utah-Washington and Wyoming.

Do I need shipping boots or blankets?
No shipping boots are not required, But if requested they will be used, And if you want your horse blanketed, we will be more than happy to oblige.
What will the cost be for shipping of my horse?
Cost of shipping is determined by the number of horses or cattle, and mileage is $1.50 a mile plus any deadhead miles if need be.
What if I have a hard loading horse?
It is the owner's responsibility to prepare a horse for loading. This is because we are on a time frame to pick-up other horses on the route. But we will give a hundred percent in trying to load your horse for you.
What if there is a emergency in route and my horse gets sick or injured?
All customers will be notified of any and all delays. All Veterinarian bills will be reimbursed at delivery.
Can I ship tack along with my Horse(s)?
One saddle, bridle, and blanket is no charge any others will be at a additional charge.
Will the truck be delivering in the middle of the night?
Yes on occasion our deliveries will be as late as 11:30 pm to 12:00 am, We can not control weather or traffic situations and must keep your horse(s) and other horse(s) on for a safe time period.
