This Dark Empire Records is a fully distributed independent record label based in Midwestern Ontario! Our label roster is always looking to grow, and we are issuing our second release, the debut CD for Rivera, Wide Awake in early 2007.
The label specializes in punk, metal, screamo, hardcore etc., and we love any music that just plain rocks. Our 50/50 deal is unique to the industry, and endeavours purely to make sure that the artist gets a fair share of profit from THEIR record to support themselves gaining entry into the industry. The label also owns a fully-digitial studio which is made available to all of its artists for everything from demo work right up to the master recordings that are issued on the label.
