About me:

The Wrestling Crossfire is a wrestling radio show (sometimes weekly, bi-weekly, & at times daily) which features unique wrestling discussions, contests, interactions, big guests, and so much more. The show is hosted & produced by Tim Wronka (author of From The Eye Of The Dragon) & Douglas Nunnally (columnist, reviewer, interviewer, reporter, & owner of TheWrestlingVoice.com where you can find each episode).

Since 2004, The Wrestling Crossfire has emerged as one of the most unique internet shows out there for the ability to cut all the glamour, glitz, skits, and other filler material and get right down to what everyone tunes into: wrestling. Reviews, interviews, rants, predictions, previews, heated arguments, et cetera. All of it can be found on The Wrestling Crossfire each and every episode.

The Wrestling Crossfire is up for download at TheWrestlingVoice.com at least every week with places on TheWrestlingAsylum.com for people to leave song requests to hear their favorite music & for people to leave their questions to be answered in the ever-popular TWC Mailroom.

To truly see what all the praise is about, you gotta tune into The Wrestling Crossfire and truly find out what will be said next!

For more information on the show as well as archives of shows from 2004 to now, please click here to go to the show's main page.

If you are interested in being interviewed on a future episode (Indy wrestlers & others in the business) or you wish to have your music featured proimently on the show (Indy bans), please simply message us here or e-mail us at crossfire@thewrestlingvoice.com & we will make arrangements. The Wrestling Crossfire, as well as TheWrestlingVoice.com, has always been a strong advocate in getting people exposure and covering all avenues of wrestling so do not be shy to ask.

R.I.P. Bam Bam BigelowPhotobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Scott Bigelow was, among other things, a globetrotter.

Better known as Bam Bam Bigelow, he spent more than two decades crisscrossing the United States, Japan and Europe, rubbing elbows and swapping blows with some of professional wrestling's biggest names.

Bigelow retired a few years ago, but life after wrestling wasn't always sweet. He suffered from chronic injuries sustained in the ring, endured a bitter divorce and was involved in a motorcycle wreck that nearly killed his girlfriend.

For Bigelow, the pain is over.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said he was found dead Friday morning in a house at 12314 Morgan Road, just north of State Road 52.

"We got a call at 10:22 a.m.," said sheriff's spokesman Doug Tobin. "He was found by his girlfriend."

The cause of death was unknown Friday. There didn't appear to be foul play, but the sheriff's office is awaiting autopsy results, Tobin said.

Pro wrestlers caught with drugs in southern Ohio
Associated Press
HANGING ROCK, Ohio - Two professional wrestlers stopped for speeding were caught with drugs, the State Highway Patrol said.

Robert Szatowski, known as "Rob Van Dam" and Terry Brunk, known as "Sabu, " were stopped on U.S. 52 at 10:15 p.m. Sunday near this southern Ohio town after appearing at a match in Huntington, W.Va., Sgt. Chris Smith said on Monday.

Both appear on Extreme Championship Wrestling, a part of the World Wrestling Entertainment league. Szatowski is the reigning champion of the ECW and the WWE. Calls were not answered Monday at the WWE corporate offices.

The trooper, who searched the car after smelling marijuana, found 18 grams of marijuana and five tablets of Vicodin, a prescription painkiller, with Szatowski. Brunk had a pipe used to smoke marijuana and nine pills. Smith said he didn't know what type of drug the pills were.

Both were charged with drug abuse. Szatowski also was accused of possession of marijuana and Brunk was charged with having drug paraphernalia.

The men were cited and posted bond. They were to be arraigned Thursday morning in Ironton Municipal Court and likely will be fined, Smith said.

Hanging Rock is near the Kentucky state line.

As a fairly new LISTENER to the Wrestling Crossfire, I must say that I love it! It reminds me of the "No Holds Barred Radio Show" which I used to listen to. I must say, these contests are easy to win people! So, enter them. Even though Doug likes to go nuts sometimes, it's a great show. So keep up the good work, TWC, and please continue with the tremendous contests! :)

Listened to your most recent show. Very nice job. I like the style and flow. Having a song played between segments is a great touch since it gives the brain a change to digest the last segment before going on to a new topic. Keep up the great work.
