The World Court was formed in the summer of 2006 with an avant-garde blood ceremony that bound three women and their instruments together; the women knew that a fair body of judgement, a true metaphysical council, was lacking in our world, and if no one else was going to take the reins, they, Claire L. Evans, Jaclyn Delorey, and Rebecca Carlisle-Healy, were going to be the ones to do it. Is this Portland trio a superconglomerate of knowledge about all that is good and evil? Was anyone harmed during the blood ceremony? In this music, can the pulse and gallop of the Universe be felt? The answers will soon come: The World Court is now in session.
