   About The Singing Press Secretary
MySpace Editor Profile Edited by MPS MySpace Editor 2.0Howdy, I'm Dave, the Singing Press Secretary for the Sean Holbrook Campaign for Cincinnati City Council and the founder of the Social Ironist Party. If you have any questions about our esteemed adn distinguished candidate, leave a post on my wall and maybe I'll sing you an answer if I'm in the right mood and not too busy with all the campaign groupies, strumpets, and floozies. We are running a campaign like you've never seen before, taking the ART of POLITICS to its ILLOGICAL, SURREALISTIC EXTREME as we satirize and screw with the electoral process. Later sometime I'm going to turn this crap into Miami University and get a Master's Degree for poetry. Stay tuned as the Social Ironist Party storms to the top of Cincinnati and then National politics like a freight train, if freight trains can in fact storm. Whether or not my metaphor even makes sense, there's no stopping Holbrook-mania in 2007. Message me if you'd like to join our party or contribute lots of money in exchange for future political favors. Myspace Layouts

Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi:

You have performed incompetently as Speaker of the House. Your incompetence is due largely to your erroneous religion. I am not referring to Catholicism because you are not a real Catholic. Rather, you are a missionary for the Church of Liberalism. Perhaps you didn't realize that Liberalism is a religion. Actually, it is a FALSE RELIGION.

In the tradition of the Apostle Peter, you have rejected Catholicism on many important social issues (e.g., abortion). Remember this warning. "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven." [Matthew 10:32-33] Interestingly, Liberalism tries to replicate the sacraments of Catholicism. I would like to convey my sense of profound SARCASM toward the secular-progressive Church of Liberalism.

Conservative Republicans know that America is great because America is good. However, what do Liberal Democrats know of greatness or goodness? Nothing! Liberal Democrats are invested in DEFEAT! They are not concerned with National Security. Instead, Liberal Democrats are concerned exclusively with their self-serving hold on power.

Liberal Democrats cannot fool all of the people all of the time. I am not a "Useful Idiot" who can be persuaded by your hypocritical, childish nonsense. I listen to Rush Limbaugh and I vote! Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (AKA Lenin) said that religion is the opiate of the masses. That assessment would apply aptly to the Church of Liberalism. And you are the high-priestess of a pagan religion. May God have mercy on your soul.

Whatz up The Singing Press Secretary!!!.....I stopped to share one of my favorite videos of all-time with you.....The Wu-Tang Clan broke all the rules. Nine MCs shared the mic, all with equal aplomb, Can It Be All So Simple,” with its disembodied soul diva and hiccupping bass is a moment of poignant reflection. ....Hype Williams did a great job in directing the amazing video for the song and bringing Ghost and Rae's words to life......If you haven't peeped this video in a while, or if you have never seen it make sure you check out Wu-Tang's Classic "Can It Be All So Simple" Video today by clicking the link below or by googling "Rap Project TV":

A bit of shameless merchandising:

That's my new CD, "Deacon Blues", the straight ahead organ trio I've been wanting to do for years. It's getting great reviews and lots of radio play - and it's only Jazz; Go figure! The CD features some good friends, including two of my favorite guitarists, Mike DeMicco and the phenomenal Joe Beck. Danny Gottlieb lays down the groove with my brother Tony guesting on bass for a couple of tracks.

The CD is available on line at AMAZON.COM or at WOODSTOCK CD where they also have artist-signed copies in stock. (arguably making them worth less!)

Thanks for letting me do this. Best wishes,

Pete

May 22 2007 4:47 PM

I have gotten alot of positive feedback on the cookie story that I sent to all of my friends and I plan on sending similar stories in the future. I appreciate all of you that have gone to my website IDEANERD and have had wonderful things to say about it. I have updated it once again with a new layout and am really trying to rededicate myself to the quality aspect of the site and not just the promotion of the site. If you like www.ideanerd.com and have found my ideas interesting, please considered subscribing to my feed on the site or getting my new posts emailed to you. The more people that I can get on board with what I am doing, the more I can give of myself. Please consider going to www.ideanerd.com and helping someone who's trying to make a difference.

(I would like to apologize to all my mySpace friends if my comments/postings have been an intrusion on your page - It was never my intention to do so. I only wanted to share ALL OF YOUR ART the way so many of you have allowed me to share mine on your page. But some of you received the posting more than once - This was unintentional, and I regret sincerely if you felt spammed)

Thank you all for participating in this weekends Art Exhibit featuring YOU. It was a great opportunity for me to discover/share some of the talents of the many of YOU who have added "nobody as your friend. Please know my page is ALWAYS your gallery too, and stop by as often as you like to share your work.

YOU my MYspace friends are some of the most talented people I've ever met. For realz. This weekend I had an idea, instead of promoting "me" I'd promote all of YOU. Yeah, an art exhibit featuring YOU, why not?
So, Post your art, drawings, album cover, grafitti - JUST ART though okay. I'll be updating my page and sending out some emails inviting people to stop by and check out all of YOU.
So, to quote the great hip hop philosopher, Russell Simmons, DO YOU!

I think it is time for me to join the S.I.P. =[] I lost my election by 8 votes to a moron and everything about me was 10 times better then her. She barely graduated high school and don't have a job or community involvement and barely campaigned. Mr. Secretary do you think the system is rigged or the people are just complete morons? =P

Whats poppin' The Singing Press Secretary? .......Just stopped by to tell u that Hip-Hop Legend Nas threw down a sick show last week proving that Hip-Hop is alive and well....It was a great show and the Toronto crowd went home witness to hip-hop history.....One of the shows highlights was NAS's performance of "One Mic". Nas was on the top of his game during this song, switching between tempo's with gusto.....You can watch NAS's performance of "One Mic Live in Toronto" by clicking the link below:
