Raquetball followed by poker and a bracing but awkward
skinny dip. Punting down the Avon. Moving to live music in a room crowded with joy. Grocery shopping. Laughing until my cheeks crowd into my eyes and I can't see... crying that way too.
About me: Medium fast, with a limp. Well, it's more of a shimmy,
actually... Hair that you can tell the weather by... occasionally emphatic and passionate to the point of aggression - a bit scary to the weak of spirit and the poorly shod... finger nails often sporting a carefully cultivated ring of dirt... other ornaments that can be comfortably fixed
and removed.
Thanks for the add, Lichen! Always a pleasure to meet a fellow librarian on this farshtinkener web service. I really like your blog - great name. Our profession always seems to be in a state of upheaval - but we all manage to happily slog along. I think teaching (remember "bibliographic instruction" from library school?) is how we remain relevant, among others. Btw, I see from your blog that you use Twitter - do you find micro-blogging meaningful and/or useful as a librarian? Take care, Jim
We had an amazing trip, I put some pics up. If it weren't for you I wouldn't of had some of the best experiences of my life......merci beaucoup, cheers.
So, I didn't see you the other night... did you make it out, or no??
I hope you caught it, it was phenomenal!!!... then again, when is it not? Hope you have a Happy New Year!!
You take on the name of Lichen, and that is to be revered. But your physical characteristics challenge our traditional definition. Our kind does not reproduce in the same manner as yours, but your evolutionary confidence has made us curious about "experimenting" with you and your race.
Really?! That's hilarious... glad it worked out. I have a shot on my phone of me in the dairy aisle with the carton... a quick shot, though proud of the accuracy of the scene. I need to try and get that off the phone. Glad you enjoyed. Did you dress up?
Greetings fellow Lichen enthusiast. Our race extends it's cordial hospitality and undying devotion to you. Beware of the Martyr in the Stars and good luck.
