Howdy. I'm dj BC and I have been spinning for about ten years. I create mashups and remixes, as well as original music. I also DJ events and weddings- for booking info, check out my main website.
My mashups are a lot of fun to make. For three year's I ran a bi-weekly mashup night called MASH AVE, which I co-hosted with remixer/producer LENLOW. You can see some photos and posters from Mash Ave in the online gallery.
An incomplete discography of stuff I've done, with links to some samples, is here. The most popular mashups I have done are probably the Beastles albums, "The Beastles" and "Let It Beast."
I got props in Spin Magazine for Wu Orleans, a well-received album of Wu Tang bangers mashed with the music of New Orleans.
I am working on an album of originals currently, and I have some official releases in the works, including a series of projects with Big D and The Kids Table, so keep an eye out! I've also done remixes for the bands Heaven 17, Veronica Black Morpheus Nipple, and Uncle Shaker.
