Click on the Orlando Industry Magazine link and look for the August-September 2007 edition. There you'll find a great article about The Peacock Room that seems to set us apart from other local venues. Jason Coon, Contributing Writer for Industry best describes the Peacock as a "home away from home" with excellent taste in music, art, tasty martini's, plus plenty of parking and only minutes from downtown.
The entertainment includes local legends in additon to internationally traveled DJ's as well as the local and touring bands that create the diverse atmosphere Peacock prides itself on providing. It has become the hub for cutting edge talent that is recognized and appreciated by those who ad Peacock Room to their list of great performance venues.
DJs range from from a variety of house, down tempo, idm, tribal, mash ups, always opening our doors to new entertainment; Bands range from rock n roll, indie, acoustic, and a touch of heavy rock...
The music room is approximately 600 square feet with a stage that is 16 feet long and 6 feet wide.
