Here is a music video featuring a song written/recorded by Josh Spurgin (singer/guitarist from the Mudblood Brothers) and directed by Aloha Joe ( who can be found in the top friends. Check out his other videos too! )
Watch it and feel free to comment/criticize.
It may not be Wizard Rock, but Water is still pretty magical!
Yeah...It's over.
I realize that this happened before, but this time it is different.
I've been struggling lately with wondering whether or not I really need to be doing this Wizard Rock thing. I was at a church camp last week and I was doing some intense praying about alot of stuff (this being part of it) and God spoke to me through a friend and said that I have a talent that he wants me to use for him, but he wont be able to work through me and bless me until I give it completely to him.
I know that many people reading this are not Christians, and could really care less about this, but I just hope you at least take this into some consideration.
I know many people probably think I'm Anti-Harry Potter but thats not it at all.
I still love the books and movies. They're amazing. I will be reading book 7 along with the rest of you and standing in line for the midnight showing of Order.
The only thing changing is that I won't be doing the music anymore.
I want to do something for God, and in for order to be blessed and have a good outcome, it ALL has to be given to him. It's not that I'm against wizard rock in ANY way, form,or fashion, it's just that I can't do it anymore if I hope to do music for Jesus Christ as well.
I plan on recording some Singer/Songwriter type stuff in the near future and all of you are welcome to check it out when I get it up. It won't be exactly the same as this stuff, but it will still have kind of the same feel to it.

Please don't be angry. I realize that I did this before, but this time I'm doing it with my heart in the right place and my head on straight.
I'm going to keep the profile up for awhile longer and then I'll be deleting it forever. If you wish to download the songs, go for it. If the downloads wont work, then message me on my personal Myspace and I will e-mail the mp3's to you if you like.
Again, please don't be mad.
There is a reason why all of this happened.
I love you all and thank you so much for supporting this for the past (almost) year. It has been an amazing experience and I have definitely learned from it. I'm definitely going to miss so much about this, but I know that the next step is going to be something much bigger.
In order to have something great, you have to make sacrifices. This is a huge sacrifice for me because I simply LOVE making this music and talking to all of you, but I have to do what needs to be done.
I hope to keep in contact with alot of you and hear from you soon when the other music comes out.
Thanks for an amazing time.
Love always, Josh.
Yay, friend! Potterock, together with The Wirzrocklopedia, Harry Potter Events and The Wizarding Wireless Network, decided to make a wizardrock band video competition.
Thanks for the add.. I just made my page, and I want to see all Harry Potter fans there... :) I mean, as much as I reach :) Anyway... Keep in touch.. Have a good day..
Hi there The Mudblood Brothers first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people make sure you bookmark the link below so that in the event that we do close our myspace account you won't loose contact with us. I wish you the best of luck in your music career. Thanks again for being our myspace pal.
it makes me sad that you wish to quit wizarding rock. But i support you about giving yourself to Him. Good luck, if you form a christian rock band or something, please let me know!
