About me: stuck between the burning shade & the faded light...
time passes. even when it seems impossible.
even when each tick of the second hand aches like the pulse of blood behind a bruise. it passes unevenly, in strange lurches and dragging lulls, but it does pass. even for me.
So I've decided to go to sleep, even though I don't want to. It turns out I'm pretty tired and I could benefit from waking up a bit earlier. I probably still won't fall asleep, but I'm still gonna put my face down and let it lay there for a while until I do. I just don't want you to think I'm doing it just cuz you told me I should. That wouldn't be acCURate.
