About The Long Nines

The Long Nines are an American band based in Tokyo that has been playing garage rock n' roll with a healthy dose of twang since 2003. Lately we have been taking a break from playing as a 4-piece and playing out as a duo.

We recorded our demo CD in 2005 with Jiro 9 on bass and Alex Vincent from the Repeat Offenders on drums.

Matt 9 recently started an internet radio show called Matt 9 Midnight Radio on Live 365. We also started a Long Nines Blog
