In The Woods 08
It's official - this year's In The Woods festival (our very own unique festival at a secret location deep in Kentish woodland) is going to be on Saturday 2nd August. This is going to be the biggest and best yet.....the line up is looking amazing and if you were there last year you'll know it's not to be missed.
Anyway not going to give too much away yet, apart from, we've set up an online registration for it this year!!! All you need to do is go to this link:
In The Woods 08 online signup
and enter your name and email address. Once you've signed up - we will send you all the details nearer the time (address, and how to get there etc). There will be buses from the station etc organised - but for now the reason we've set the registration up is to keep it a special and amazing event...and to do this we need to set a limit to the number of people coming - so make sure you're on there (if you don't bring your official email confirmation, we won't be able to let you in)!
If it's ok with you we will collect a £5 donation at the gate on the day, just to cover the cost of the event - but I think you'll agree £5 is not much to pay for something you will never forget.
Can't wait for it, see you there!
x

........ the Laurel Collective are a genre trashing 6 piece who marry the soulful vocals of Martin Sakutu with some percussion driven, rhythmic indie, wistful melodies and co-singer Bob Tollast’s skewed, darkly humorous lyrics. Throw in some dancehall rhythms’ driving bass and a love of vintage synths and you get a formula that’s won them a deal with Double Six Records, an offshoot of Domino, who has released the single Vuitton Blues to worldwide hysteria, shortly followed by the earth shattering mini album, "Feelgood hits of a nuclear winter" out NOW.

Mama Shamone – THESE GUYS AREN’T PLAYING LIVE (except one acoustic) EXCEPT AT GLASTO FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR! http://www. myspace. com/mamashamone “Put Mama Shamone on at any venue and they are likely to take the roof off, this was one of the best live shows I’ve seen in years - certainly one of the best in London. In my opinion these guys are destined for greatness, it felt like I was witnessing history being shaped-something was just so right about what they were doing up there.” Vibe Bar
We Yes You No www. myspace. com/weyesyouno “We Yes You No sing about the end of the world, the end of everything. But in an apocalypse that would sound like this I would buy god’s last EP” – Big City Redneck
