The Last Exit for the Lost is a radio show... both on air, and online, every Saturday night, from midnight until 6 a.m., EST. Based at WVBR 93.5 FM, in Ithaca, NY (where some say it is always dark)... We try our best to expose the night dwellers to an excellent variety of heavy and dark music- most of which you are unlikely to hear played anywhere else- while at the same time making all that happens between songs as strangely amusing, fun and entertaining as possible! We take requests, which can be called in during the show at (607)273-2121 or emailed during the week or during the show. Don't forget to check our website as well.
We play everything from Metal to Industrial, Goth to Punk, Hardcore to Strange, and Funny Music... and quite a bit else that falls through the cracks. We do try to avoid anything mainstream, and very strongly support local and independent music. Along with all this, we hope that we can make the bits between the songs we play as interesting, entertaining and informative as possible. We try to bring a different element to the show, so that it may take on a life of it's own. We have regular interviews, in-studio acoustic and full band performances, end of the night feature artists and lots of audience interaction.

So I'm going through about 14 years worth of paper... and I came across a "music receipt" file from 1998. And lo and behold.. there's a Post Office receipt, with a package marked: Azkath - cassette & zine. Craziness!! 10 years ago, how is that possible? So in 1998, that would've definitely been the Vampness cassette... and the zine, I suppose, was one of the 3 issues I did in the early 90s of a zine called Cadaveric Mutilation. Still have it? LOL
