A set is on one cd. We precord songs,banter,fake commercials as audio and then act it out. It's been getting better over time.
A dude(me) forms an air band and whips people to lip sync to their own voices and pretend to play the music he makes.(Nick Johnson of Saint Louis Park XIV fame has helped out with audio as well). Tunes are blasted out of a P.A. system and the people play along with inflatable instruments. (the drum set is actually wood and foam core).. Characters act out/rock out a theme for the night to music and sound FX. Some songs are spoofs.. Some are originals.. It kinda looks like a high school play. Throw in pre-recorded audience noise/cheering track after tuneage and it's an Arena Rock Show.. NOTE: We try to lipsync perfectly but that never happens. GENRE:I call it "Post LFTR PLLR Prop Punk with Extra Cheese". There's an explosion of props on every stage and it's a beautiful disaster. We have a big giant foam core amp that we hide behind for costume changes...A fake 8x8 Marshall stack..We will burn it soon in a cornfield. I'll post when we do that. Currently thinking about steppin out of the rock scene for a spell to check into theaters. I can see a Ludachrist hipopera in the future. Hmmm. It's somewhat time consuming to produce new shows but when it's done, it's a frinkin blast for us all...and hopefully for the chicks in the front row. No? Dis.
