The Groovenators consist of Shad Harris - Keytar/Vocals, Gary Hamilton - Guitar/Sax/Vocals, Dave Peters - Drums and Myron Keith - Bass.
The Groovenators are a funky, soulful, swinging, West Coast Blues Band based in California's Big Central Valley. Shad is the bandleader but the band is a testament to True, Honest, Loyal, Friendship. The Band's motto is: There is no "I" in BAND, and their mission statement is: To Protect and Serve The Groove!" West Coast Blues played at its Finest.

Shad Harris and the Groovenators, with Gary Hamilton, et al, Sept 4 at the new West Modesto Certified Farmer's Market in Mellis Park, 601 N. Martin Luther King Drive, with some art, and fruit and vegetable produce. Market is now open to September 25, every Thursday, 3 to 7 p.m.

Oh yea! We are just two weekends away( June 14th ) from the mighty Modesto Blues Festival and United Community Walk. It is time to kick off the flurry of excitement for this outstanding community building event. We are going to light up the stage with one of the best line ups we've had for our 5 year anniversary gala affair. We encourage all of our friends and family to join us in this FREE admission happening and come on down and dance at our Free after party show at Minnie's which is located a block for the festival grounds.
