| | Influences | Taxi Violence is inspired by bands that created and influenced the sound of rock: Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and the Rolling Stones - and later Sonic Youth, Queens of the Stone Age, Muse, Radiohead. Raw guitar sound, driving bass, powerful drum beats and in-your-face, yet melodic vocal styles are the fundamental elements that define the sound of Taxi Violence. George also draws inspiration from more eclectic sources such as Pink Floyd and ambient electro-based music like Brian Eno, The Orb and Future Sound Of London.
