Super Ron's Blurbs |
About me:
I'm Ron, but a lot of my friends (and an inordinate number of strangers) call me Super Ron, mainly because of my numerous Superman shirts, but also due to my proclivity for getting into trouble trying to rescue the damsel in distress and my multitude of random and unrelated skills.
I'm a study in opposites. I can stay up all night or sleep for 18 hours. I have a degree in biology, but I teach music. Last year I worked at a dance studio as a massage therapist, music teacher, web designer, and resident DJ. In other words, I did everything there except dance. I'm allergic to fur, but my pet is the mammal with the densest fur and I'm not apparently allergic to him. I'll cook you a complete home-cooked feast from scratch, but I'll just as soon make up some tater tots with cheese on them for myself.

I love to dance and I dream of being graceful. I appreciate good grammar and punctuation, even in emails. I often feel as though I try too hard. I wonder if I have a hero complex because I'm always trying to save the world. (One of these days, I'm going to do it, too.)
I'm a passionate person that's forever in pursuit of my dreams. I'm goal oriented and stop at nothing to get my prize, although my prize shifts every now and then.
In my free time, I think about how nice it would be to have free time. I'm a great big ham. I love theater, music, and dance. I spend a lot of time at the gym. I like to eat food that directly counteracts my time at the gym. I could probably karaoke every night if I could find enough places to go. I play card and board games like there's no tomorrow. I hold a get-together at my place whenever I get the chance. Whenever I have time, I try to participate in a community theater production. I sing and dance in public as though my life had a soundtrack. I try to ride my bicycle every day, but give me an excuse to go on a road trip to anywhere and I'll be there, probably with 3 or 4 CD binders and an mp3 player.
And, I can't help but want to learn a new skill every day.
On this list for this season: Moving into my own place, Under the Sun Studios, a complete center for the creative, performing, and healing arts.

Who I'd like to meet:
People to explore with. There is a vast amount of adventuring in the world and I need sidekicks.
Audience members who appreciate live entertainment are my kind of folks.
Musicians. Play something? Bass? Drums? Spoons? Accordion? Anything? Come jam.
Open-mindedness, loyalty, honesty, communication skills, and an unabashed nerdy streak are high on my list of positive personality traits.
The more Jack or Jill-Of-All-Trades you are, the better we will get along. I love meeting people that can teach me how to do new things!
IM me: AOL-> Rallenado or Y! ->Song_and_dance
Oh yeah, and I really want to learn how to waltz with someone special. May I have this dance?
