My name's Liz Greenfield. I was born and raised in Amsterdam. As a child I often accompanied my musician parents on tour, and taught myself to read using comicbooks after emphatically rejecting the idea of elementary school. At that point I developed the habit drawing on everything that doesn't put up a fight. I post new comics and drawings at my website: www.lizgreenfield.com
Live art at music events and the odd freelance job pays the bills. My fossilized skills include: playing the violin, ballet dancing, and at one point, singing in a punkrock band. Fortunately the desire to make comics has outlived the mohawk and tutus.
I spent several years studying art at the De Kooning academy in Holland, and now I'm brushing up on my writing at the Manchester Metropolitan University.
