About me:
The Meso Search Chase Team is Erik Burns and Ricky Price. The team's goal is reporting severe weather wherever the events may unfold, so that citizens have a longer period of time to get prepared before it hits. Another goal is to chase in a safe (not always safe for us) and ethical manner. But enough of that stuff, we chase because it's fun. It's a hobby that we have done for some time now. We both enjoy severe weather and educating people on severe weather.
Storm Chasing isn't for everybody! You can't just go out in your car and chase a storm. You can get yourself really hurt or even killed. Lightning, hail, high winds, flash flooding, and tornadoes are all dangers of severe storms and all of the above can injure or kill you. You must have thorough knowledge in meteorology and severe weather to be safe enough not to get injured or killed.
What we promise to give to you: Stories, pictures and video from our chases, news on severe weather, severe weather forecast, education , Q&A and blogs.
