I've been a filmmaker, both amateur and professional, since 1980. As a child, my friends and I messed with visual effects using a super 8 camera, creating several experimental and short films. In the 90s, we made several short films on video (see above). Currently, I'm part of the crew of Timewarp Films, an independent film company located in Maryland. I serve as the Visual Effects Supervisor, Cinematographer, and Editor.
I have a blog called Tales from the Cellar where I discuss various topics related to filmmaking. Check it out.
I also have an amateur project on the back burner. Some friends and I filmed a quirky sci-fi parody that still needs to be completed. It's called Monster Planet;it's sure to be in instant classic. lol. Here's the trailer:
Here are some FX shots I've worked on, as well as some other photos

Cool Mitch, I so doing the best I can to get into the digital-low-budget filmmaking business so hard, I can taste it. However there is a film school in South Florida called Palm Beach Film School, I'm full aware of it and I want to get enroll there but I need the money and all. But that's a problem. Good Luck with that documentary of Mr. Dolher. Later.

I have my Virginia Website up and have a wedding booked in July. Gotta love the net. Makes it hard though as I have to fly back.
Hey man,
It was great meeting you as well. I had a great time talking about movies and music with you. I hope everything goes great with your new movie which I'm sure it will.
Take care bud,
