About me:
Originally from Tampa, Florida I moved here to Anacortes, Washington in 1999 where I partnered in starting an electronic component distributorship. After the events of 9/11 our business saw a sharp downturn and I decided it was time to reevaluate my career choices. Having had experience in search and rescue with the military I chose to go into emergency services and now work for the local hospital ambulance. Photography has always been a particularly large part of my life as well.
I have been a semi-pro photographer off and on for around 15 years. I've noticed over the years that as I grow as a photographer my style tends to change from shoot to shoot. I've also come to the realization that the subject of the photograph greatly impacts the eventual outcome of the work. Because of that I strongly believe that photography is a collaborative art between the photographer and the model. Because of that belief it is very important to me that the model I am working with understands the concept behind the shoot and is completely comfortable with everything we are doing.
I generally like to meet at least once to talk about the shoot a little prior to actually doing any work. Also with models I have never worked with before I prefer to meet over coffee or some other such thing and do a preliminary "fun" shoot to get to know each other and build some comfort level and chemistry.
I try to maintain a close relationship with all of the models I work with and although I do require a model release I always at least attempt to confirm any usage of the resulting photos prior to releasing them. I am sensitive to the fact that people change and may at some point no longer wish to have certain photos published at certain times of their lives.
Who I'd like to meet: I am available for professional or personal portrait work, families, children, individual, couples, groups, special events, sport events or teams. I am also available to help with modeling portfolios, head shots, etc.
Need a shot of your business or building for advertising or promotion? I'm here for you. If you have any need for a photographer feel free to get in touch. If I can't help you with your specific project I may be able to point you in the right direction.
My rates vary by project and are very flexible and fair.

So! What do you want for dinner on your birthday? We were thinking some mussels or elk-ka-bobs. What are you thinking? I made a pretty damn good baked chicken with gravy too.
I'm working 11 to 3 today. I have to do a couple of things in Burlington so I'll give you a call when I get into town today so we can figure something out.
They've had to tone it down in the past few years because of potential lawsuits but yeah, it was amazing. I was sitting right up on the stage so I got the best view of everything.
Haha it's not dry skin, it's just dirt. She's always coming in from outside covered in dirt because she digs so much. But thanks for the tip if she ever does get that dry skin.
For outfits there is the lace shirt with the dragon printed skirt. I have a white and black corset that can go with the long black skirt. Or I have my black dress with the poofy skirt and corset kind of top. Which 2 sound good? Or all it doesn't matter? That time sounds good. Should I wear an outfit out there or wear reg. clothes and then change?
