My name is Steven Jackson I am a singer/songwriter hailing from the beautiful city of Kingston, Ontario in Canada.
Music has always been a big part of my life.
Growing up in post-war England I remember distinctly the sounds of The Beatles and watching all the great band on Top Of The Pops.
I emigated to Canada in my late teens and by the early 80's I was immersed in the music scene over here.
I fronted a rock and roll band in the late 80's early 90's, and we played almost every bar in eastern Ontario. The band called 'Ages Of You' was featured in Canada in Musician magazine in June 1991 in the Demo section.
When I met my future wife in the early 90's everyhting changed.
I bowed out gracefully from the music scene to raise a family and generally learn about life for awhile.
Now here I am back to writing songs which I absolutely adore.
